Testimonials
A word from our satisfied clients
I’ve been using this cleaning service for my monthly house cleaning, and I’ve been very happy with the experience. The cleaning staff they send are reliable, professional, courteous, and consistently do a great job. It’s always such a great feeling to come home to a clean, fresh, and well-organized house after each visit. I also appreciate how dependable the agency is with scheduling and communication. Having a team I can trust to take care of my home every month makes life so much easier. And since I practically live next door to their headquarters, I’m thinking there should be a special “neighbor discount.” 😂 After all, I’m helping them save on gas, mileage, and commute time! I’m just saying… those savings have to be worth something! All jokes aside, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and professional house cleaning service. Great people, great service, and fortunately for me—very convenient neighbors!

Four Seasons did an amazing deep clean on our home prior to a party this weekend, couldn’t be happier! Nothing better than walking in to a spotless home. I especially like their little touches like organizing the pillows, arranging our daughter’s stuffies, and doing the couple dishes that were in the sink. Very pleased, and will rehire.

The two women did an incredible job cleaning my nephew’s apartment. This apartment was extremely dirty and dusty and they worked diligently to get it in decent shape. I would definitely hire Four Season’s again.
Marisol and Andrea always provide us with excellent service and always bring positive and uplifting attitudes to our house. We recently moved into our new home in Bothell West and scheduled a deep cleaning before unpacking. Four Seasons Cleaning Services did a phenomenal job — every surface was shining, and the house smelled amazing. It made the whole move-in experience so much better.
We hired them for a one-time deep cleaning at our home in Brier and were blown away by the results. The house looked immaculate. The team was friendly and brought all their own supplies. This is by far the best house cleaning service we’ve had!
So far I had my first deep clean. The ladies were very nice and very very good! They paid attention to little details and I was happy with the results. I loved that it did not smell like harsh chemicals after they left. Also the owner stopped by to discuss pricing for ongoing cleanings and what I want included. He was so extremely nice and walked through everything with me and the cleaners.Overall I am very happy. I will be signing up for no-weekly services and come back to update this in a few months!
Just had a deep cleaning of my 1,800sf house and the team did a great job. They finished in 3 hours, and the kitchen was sparkling, including the inside of the oven. Bathrooms looked great and floors and surfaces were all free of dust and cat hair. They even vacuumed and fluffed the couch cushions. Very impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
My first time trying the four seasons cleaning services for cleaning the house before guests arrive in a few days. Overall, they did a good job. They listened to what I wanted to have done and tried to accommodate my specific requests. They cleaned a large stairway window instead of doing another area, and even cleaned the surface of a table out on the patio per request, which was great. They worked hard most all the time although there was a lot of chit chat.Anna, one of the two person team, took care of cleaning an area of floor in one of the bathrooms when I pointed it out, I asked and shew cleaned better to remove dried spackle or paint. However, after they left I did found some other small things fragments of food, etc. still on the living room floor when I expected it to be all clean in a couple small spots. if I wasn't working from home, I could have asked for more detailed work in areas, if I noticed. So attention to detail could be a little better.I realize that my expectations may be a little higher than most as I expect someone to clean like I would clean my home given I had time and energy, etc. I'm very detailed when I do clean. So overall I am happy, would have the service come again.Overall rating is 4.5 stars out of 5.0.
The Four Seasons crew did a fantastic job with our home! Every room was cleaned thoroughly, and the whole house feels fresh and inviting. Their attention to detail really showed, and it made a big difference walking in afterward. Thanks for making our home sparkle!
I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of two rooms in my home and had a mixed experience. I want to commend Emmy and Kris, the cleaning professionals who attended my home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond, leaving the cleaned rooms spotless. I would rate their performance five stars without hesitation. However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by a communication breakdown with the management. My request for a two-room deep clean was not clearly relayed to the cleaning team, resulting in an incomplete kitchen cleaning. For clarity, it's also important to note that the service does not include dishwashing as part of the kitchen cleaning package.Considering the discrepancy between the excellent work of the cleaning team and the miscommunication from management, I am giving an overall rating of four stars. I hope management takes note of this feedback and improves their communication processes to ensure all clients receive the service they expect. Additionally, Emmy and Kris deserve recognition for their exceptional service—a raise would be a fitting acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication.
The team came at the perfect time. They were extremely thorough and professional. It was our first experience with Four Seasons, so we will be back. Thank you. We also tipped them.
Absolutely amazing and lovely team at 4 Seasons. They were so kind and understanding of a very difficult situation and cleaned more than we expected in the space. It has been completely transformed. Everything from booking the cleaning through to their exit was handled with compassion and respect. Thank you! Highly recommend and wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Incredible. I thought my house was clean but they make my day to day pass look like a dump. I’ve never seen the house so pristine The maids were so professional! I’m scheduling a deep cleaning on a regular basis. Couldn’t recommend this company more!
We needed a deep clean quickly and boy did these gals take care of it!! We had three extremely hard working girls clean and they went above and beyond!! Everything we mentioned that was a concern to us was handled and I never had to say a peep! We are thrilled- the price was fantastic-the house is super clean- and the girls were pleasant and kind-and boy did they move!! Absolutely great!!!
I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Today I had three amazing women come to my house that had been neglected for months due to a medical emergency. Three women, and they cleaned my entire house from top to bottom, even inside the microwave. My house has NEVER been so clean. They were efficient, friendly and thorough. Thank you so much for the gift of helping me get my home back into tiptop shape.
A long overdue review as 4 Seasons is absolutely THE BEST! I have used them for our home and my business and they are always accommodating, so wonderful to work with, and make everything they touch sparkle! As a busy realtor it is important for me to have a local company that I can reply on, never doubting their superior skills and willingness to make last minute requests work when I am in a pinch. So thankful for YOU 4 Seasons, thanks for taking such great care of our family & my clients!
Best cleaning our 1936 home has ever had! So glad we have enlisted your service. We had Rosa and Ahlyn today. They are very thorough! We have scheduled services til the end of the year.
I have been using Four Seasons cleaning for 6 years. They do a great job. Usually they come in teams of 2 and they clean my house in ~ 2hrs. The cleaning teams are professional, very thorough and reliable. They are flexible if you want your house cleaned weekly, 2x/month, 1x/month (what we do). I love walking in to my house after they come. Highly recommend.
This was the first cleaning service I've hired and they exceeded my expectations. The cleaners were kind, polite, and were extremely detailed in their clean - way better than I could've done myself. Highly recommend 🙂
Exceptional service! Four Seasons Cleaning was on time, friendly, and very thorough. They made sure every surface sparkled. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Four Seasons House Cleaning! We’ve hired them for several deep cleans, and each time, they’ve exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail is truly remarkable—every corner, surface, and hidden spot sparkles when they’re done. They’re consistently punctual and reliable, which makes scheduling so easy. Plus, their communication is top-notch; they keep us informed every step of the way and always check to ensure we’re satisfied. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows. If you’re looking for a professional, thorough, and trustworthy cleaning service, I wholeheartedly recommend Four Seasons. Exceptional service! Four Seasons Cleaning was on time, friendly, and very thorough. They made sure every surface sparkled. Highly recommend!
Four Seasons Cleaning did an incredible job on my home! The team was thorough, professional, and left everything spotless. Highly recommend
Absolutely incredible service! My home looks brand new every time Four Seasons cleans. They are efficient, professional, and thorough. Highly recommended!
We just had our first cleaning form Four Seasons Cleaning and our home was so clean when we returned! We opted for the deep clean for the first visit and then will go to the every other week cleanings thereafter. This has been a very hard year for my family with my aging parents who live on the peninsula and I've been going there to care for them and working about 50 hours a week. My home had gotten out of control! I had to decide to do something about it and not be so hard on myself emotionally. This is a real winner! Thank you so much for your great work!!!
We have been customers for almost 10 years. We appreciate walking into a clean and tidy home after each cleaning. The staff is kind, courteous and professional. We love their new technology which notifies us of the exact time they will be arriving.
The particular crew sent today (9-17) was excellent. They cleaned thoroughly including all the nooks and crannies. I really appreciated their extra efforts.
So very happy with the the every other week cleaning by the Four Seasons cleaning ladies. They are quick, thourough, kind and always willing to hear my suggestions and feedback. With 2 collies and me with a spine injury I know I will never go back to trying to do it myself!
The cleaners from Four Seasons just left my house where they did an initial deep clean. They did a phenomenal job, and I will definitely employ Four Seasons for ongoing maintenance. Both cleaners were highly professional, focused, thorough, and friendly. The scheduler I talked to when setting up this initial visit was also very friendly and responsive. I filled in the "get a quote" form on the Four Seasons website about two weeks ago, she called me within 5 minutes, and I had an appointment set within ten minutes (I had been on a waitlist with another service for about six weeks when I called Four Seasons). This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I am so glad I chose this team.
We've been with Four Seasons for years now. They provide reliable and a consistently high quality cleaning service for a reasonable price. We've been with other services and private cleaners in the past and had problems with consistency or nickle & diming for basic services.
I worked with another cleaning company but they recommended this company to me and I decided to try it and I was really impressed with the result. The two people who came to clean (Marina and Yaniris) were very professional with their work, leaving everything sparkling. Totally recommendable. I hope that when I need another cleaning service, if other people come, they will work just as well as them.
The last several times I was not happy with the cleaning. I had left a message a told them about what I was upset about and today Mia came in and was very diligent and I was able to let her know my expectations and she was very helpful and did a very good job and things were done better I appreciate that I was able to get my house cleaned to my expectations. Thank you
Very professional and happy crew came to clean our home! They were extra kind to my children & super thorough in their work. I’ve never seen my home this sparkly clean! Thank you very much for all the help!!
For this particular cleaning, my house was in good shape after the cleaners were here. Looking a little closer at the toilets and tub, they weren’t completely cleaned. I give my son a bath every night, so the tub has very regular use - there was a ring around the tub left, and the toilet was not completely cleaned with rings left there as well. Everyone here is very friendly, great to talk to, and receptive to feedback. I have no doubt it’ll be better the next time, but it wasn’t 100% clean this last time through.
We have been using Four Seasons twice a month for over a year and are delighted with the service. I know my 83 year old back is feeling better because I do not have to wield a heavy vaccuum cleaner around the house on a weekly basis like I used to, and the bathrooms---even the little-used guest bathrooms--just sparkle. It's like moving into a posh hotel with familiar furniture. We have had several different crews on site and they all performed magnificently! Many Thanks to our latest team Rosana, Patricia and Evangelina!
While we normally love our service, the last time was exceptional. Yuri cleaned all the nooks and crannies in the house (areas that are normally missed) and took care with arranging things. This stood out among the normally great service we already get.
I have been using Four Seasons Cleaning for several years and absolutely love them. Erica and Jessie do an absolutely outstanding job every time. They are very detail oriented and take their time cleaning all our high traffic areas! Can’t recommend this team enough!
Wow, I was at the end of a home renovation with the movers coming, Everything was covered in dust.Four Season Cleaning Service was there to help. My sister has used them since 2011. 2 cleaners arrived on time, another showed up 1 hour later and the supervisor at the end. I was very impressed.Even with construction workers still in the home working, Four Seasons Cleaning was able to get the job done.NO smelly toxic cleaners. The home was ready for the big move in. I am hoping to become a regular customer.Thank-you Four Seasons Cleaning!
Four Seasons is very efficient. I love the ease of payment. They do not expect tips since it is built into the cost. They were reliable and I received a phone call if they were ever delayed for some reason. My home was very clean when they left. The first couple of months of service I let them know of little things that were not cleaned and I never had the issues again. I highly recommend Four Seasons!
Mary, Dianet, and Krystal did a wonderful job cleaning our home. It is such a stress reliever to have their help especially during a busy time of our lives. We are so glad we found Four Seasons Cleaning!
We've utilized Four Seasons for over five years at our home. The cleaning teams are top notch and we couldn't be happier with the service. The recent team, Biri and Rud, cleaned our house for the first time and did a terrific job. I couldn't recommend them enough.
I want to give a “shout out” to these amazing ladies. They performed a deep clean of my home and did amazing.job. Thank you Rosa B and Olga for making my home feel new again!
A nice lady names Rud helped clean my apartmentWas about to move out and needed the apartment clean before inspection. They came in time and gave me a reasonable price.Great service!
I've used Four Seasons Cleaning for about 6 months now and their teams do spectacular work. About 2-3 women come and spend 2+ hours doing a full scrub-down. Bed sheets are placed in the washer, the home office and library are dusted, and they clean my Breville espresso maker, too. Attention to detail is made with the corners of floors, dog hair removal, and even the bottom of my toothbrush holder. They save me an entire weekend of cleaning. I recommend them without any reservations.

I've been using Four Seasons Cleaning for over a year and they do a very solid job. Maria Gomez is a cleaning wizard and always makes my home feel so clean and comfortable after she's done.
Zendi and Yuri, are the best. The house is sparkling when they leave! Thank you for your hard work!!
Maria G came to clean for me last week. She was absolutely incredible. She cleaned every nook and cranny. I didn’t even know I had in the house. My Wood floors haven’t shined that much in a long time. I wish you could come every time.
Super happy with the cleaning service I've received. Definitely removes hours out of my life and helps me focus on other things. Thank you!
Very impressive. They cleaned more than I asked for and in less time than I hired them for. They used my stainless cleaner as requested. I was stunned they cleaned my embarrassingly messy laundry room and shoe rack. I saw they did detailed dusting work of bowls of shells. Bathroom is well disinfected and they got the rust stains out of the tub. What was also cool was that the garbage cans were cleaned as well as emptied. They moved light furniture while vacuuming and cleaned our couch cushions. The supervisor came by to inspect, too.
Bekki is best custodian we have had yet! We have been through well over a dozen different employees from 4 Seasons in 2 years cleaning our business and Bekki blows them all away!! Professional, on time, consistent, great communication, and a pleasure to work with!
Fabulous cleaning services, the best I've used in the Seattle area. Consistent in timing and cleaning, friendly, and great value for the cost. They are thoughtful and careful too. Highly recommend!
We love Four Seasons House Cleaning Service, great detail oriented staff, trust worthy and always friendly. Thank You Maria, Bekki and all the others we very much enjoying your support.
We have been very satisfied with Four Seasons Cleaning over the last two years. The company is responsive and flexible, and the price is very reasonable, especially given the great level of service and detail they give our house. Betty and Maria continue to do a stellar job and continue to surprise us with the level of care and detail they give our home. Highly recommended!!
Awesome cleaning by Deborah and team. I have been a customer with 4 seasons for a year now. Thanks to four seasons Bothell for always being accommodative, on time and a wonderful cleaning service
I received a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. I got a deep clean before my extended family all arrived for the holiday, and my house looks so nice! Debora and Hailva (apologies if my spelling is bad) took so much care in every room. They were able to get things off my stove top that I assumed were permanent. It looks so clean, I may not let my kids back in the house.
I've used Four Seasons Professional cleaning since 2007.I have very high standards and I expect my house to be perfectly cleaned.Four Seasons does a perfect job for me every time.In addition, the house cleaners are friendly, warm and respectful. They work extremely hard. They are also very responsive in their office responding to emails for schedule changes as well.I highly recommend them!
Yezenia and Silvana are such a pleasure to see and do such perfect, spotless work. We feel so fortunate to have found them and Four Seasons as a company. They are very reliable, trustworthy, quiet, respectful and very kind. Highly recommend.
It is the best cleaning company I have met in Washington state.
I used their service for a move out deep clean. I was very satisfied and I think they did amazing and were very responsive 🙂 I would definitely use their service again 🙂
4 Seasons has been cleaning my business for several months now and they do a wonderful job. The staff are professional, prompt, and do a very thorough job.
The ladies are prompt, and do a thorough job of the basics as well as any extra attention areas that we requested. We are pleased with the service and find it to be well worth the price they charge.
Carmen and Rosanna (sp) did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, were thorough and were able to finish on time. All in all a good experience.
No cleaning service is perfect. But I’ve tried several and always come back to Four Seasons. I’m especially appreciative of their extra efforts to protect workers’ and clients’ health during the pandemic. I’m grateful for their services and would recommend them to others.
They cleaned our rental home after we moved out and did an exceptional job for us. They showed up on time, had all the supplies and equipment they needed and did a great job getting the house back into shape. I will be happy to use them again and to recommend them to my friends. Thanks for an excellent job!
The cleaning of the house was stainless and complete. All the workers did an amazing job. Well worth my every penny. Very grateful for the service offered!
This is one of the best cleaning services. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I am very picky when it comes to cleaning. They are so detail-oriented! I am extremely happy with their services and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks for the great job!
They were available to clean at last minute for me and did a fantastic job. Seriously such a great value for the price. I will definitely use them for all future cleaning needs.

How often should I have my home professionally cleaned?

Busy families, homes with pets, or anyone working from home often prefer weekly service. We’ll recommend the right frequency during your free estimate based on your home’s size and lifestyle.
What's the difference between a standard house clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers surface-level maintenance — vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens. A deep clean goes further, tackling baseboards, inside appliances, behind furniture, grout lines, and areas that don’t get attention in a regular visit. We recommend starting new clients with a deep clean to establish a clean baseline before moving to recurring service.
Should I start with a deep clean or jump straight into recurring service?
We recommend starting with a deep clean first. It resets your home to a high standard so that each recurring visit maintains that level rather than playing catch-up. Many of our clients begin with a one-time deep clean and transition to bi-weekly or monthly recurring service.
Do your house cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?
Yes — our team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade supplies. If you have preferences (like eco-friendly or fragrance-free products), just let us know and we’ll accommodate.
