Just had a deep cleaning of my 1,800sf house and the team did a great job. They finished in 3 hours, and the kitchen was sparkling, including the inside of the oven. Bathrooms looked great and floors and surfaces were all free of dust and cat hair. They even vacuumed and fluffed the couch cushions. Very impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you!
My first time trying the four seasons cleaning services for cleaning the house before guests arrive in a few days. Overall, they did a good job. They listened to what I wanted to have done and tried to accommodate my specific requests. They cleaned a large stairway window instead of doing another area, and even cleaned the surface of a table out on the patio per request, which was great. They worked hard most all the time although there was a lot of chit chat.Anna, one of the two person team, took care of cleaning an area of floor in one of the bathrooms when I pointed it out, I asked and shew cleaned better to remove dried spackle or paint. However, after they left I did found some other small things fragments of food, etc. still on the living room floor when I expected it to be all clean in a couple small spots. if I wasn't working from home, I could have asked for more detailed work in areas, if I noticed. So attention to detail could be a little better.I realize that my expectations may be a little higher than most as I expect someone to clean like I would clean my home given I had time and energy, etc. I'm very detailed when I do clean.So overall I am happy, would have the service come again.Overall rating is 4.5 stars out of 5.0.

I recently hired this cleaning service for a deep clean of two rooms in my home and had a mixed experience. I want to commend Emmy and Kris, the cleaning professionals who attended my home. Their service was outstanding, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond, leaving the cleaned rooms spotless. I would rate their performance five stars without hesitation.However, the overall experience was somewhat marred by a communication breakdown with the management. My request for a two-room deep clean was not clearly relayed to the cleaning team, resulting in an incomplete kitchen cleaning. For clarity, it's also important to note that the service does not include dishwashing as part of the kitchen cleaning package.Considering the discrepancy between the excellent work of the cleaning team and the miscommunication from management, I am giving an overall rating of four stars. I hope management takes note of this feedback and improves their communication processes to ensure all clients receive the service they expect. Additionally, Emmy and Kris deserve recognition for their exceptional service—a raise would be a fitting acknowledgment of their hard work and dedication.

The cleaners from Four Seasons just left my house where they did an initial deep clean. They did a phenomenal job, and I will definitely employ Four Seasons for ongoing maintenance. Both cleaners were highly professional, focused, thorough, and friendly. The scheduler I talked to when setting up this initial visit was also very friendly and responsive. I filled in the "get a quote" form on the Four Seasons website about two weeks ago, she called me within 5 minutes, and I had an appointment set within ten minutes (I had been on a waitlist with another service for about six weeks when I called Four Seasons). This was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I am so glad I chose this team.

The two people who came to clean (Marina and Yaniris) were very professional with their work, leaving everything sparkling. Totally recommendable. For this particular cleaning, my house was in good shape after the cleaners were here. Looking a little closer at the toilets and tub, they weren’t completely cleaned. I give my son a bath every night, so the tub has very regular use - there was a ring around the tub left, and the toilet was not completely cleaned with rings left there as well. Everyone here is very friendly, great to talk to, and receptive to feedback. I have no doubt it’ll be better the next time, but it wasn’t 100% clean this last time through.

While we normally love our service, the last time was exceptional. Yuri cleaned all the nooks and crannies in the house (areas that are normally missed) and took care with arranging things. This stood out among the normally great service we already get.

Wow, I was at the end of a home renovation with the movers coming, Everything was covered in dust.Four Season Cleaning Service was there to help. My sister has used them since 2011. 2 cleaners arrived on time, another showed up 1 hour later and the supervisor at the end. Four Seasons is very efficient. I love the ease of payment. They do not expect tips since it is built into the cost. They were reliable and I received a phone call if they were ever delayed for some reason. My home was very clean when they left. I've used Four Seasons Cleaning for about 6 months now and their teams do spectacular work. About 2-3 women come and spend 2+ hours doing a full scrub-down. Bed sheets are placed in the washer, the home office and library are dusted, and they clean my Breville espresso maker, too. Attention to detail is made with the corners of floors, dog hair removal, and even the bottom of my toothbrush holder. They save me an entire weekend of cleaning. I recommend them without any reservations.

Very impressive. They cleaned more than I asked for and in less time than I hired them for. They used my stainless cleaner as requested. I was stunned they cleaned my embarrassingly messy laundry room and shoe rack. I saw they did detailed dusting work of bowls of shells. Bathroom is well disinfected and they got the rust stains out of the tub. What was also cool was that the garbage cans were cleaned as well as emptied. They moved light furniture while vacuuming and cleaned our couch cushions. The supervisor came by to inspect, too.
